Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept cash, personal checks and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express). We also sell and accept our own gift certificates.

Q: Do you still perform orthopedic surgeries?
A: No. You may wish to consider Plumstead Animal Hospital or West Trenton Animal Hospital for your pet's orthopedic needs.

Q: Can I just come by when I need something?
A: Anytime an animal needs to be "looked at", an appointment is required. However, if you need to simply refill a prescription, have a question, or wish to purchase supplies like flea/tick meds or a new collar for your pet, please contact us or stop by during our normal operating hours, shown at the right side of your screen.

Q: You're not open, but I need a prescription refilled. Help!
A: Our automated phone system accepts message for prescription refills when we are not open. Simply press '7' then dial extensuion '302' to leave a message. Our staff will fill your request and contact you for pickup on the following business day.

Q: I read something on the internet...
A: The internet can be a useful resource, but when it comes to your pet's health, a veterinary professional is the best resource available. Our Pet Care Library features hand-picked articles (some written by us) that we think offer the best advice for pet care.

Q: Do you sell ".........."?
A: Maybe! Please visit our products page to see the products we carry, or give us a call.

Q: Do you see ferrets/hamsters/guinea pigs, etc.?
A: Our clinic sees only dogs and cats. Please contact Hamilton Veterinary Hospital at (609) 888-3400 for assistance with these types of animals.
